Had a phone consultation with Alex the owner at first and told him the issues we’d had with Terminix. Terminix wasn’t very thorough and we always saw the same pests around even after they would spray. Alex had Raul come out to our house and spray. Their response time was amazing and they offered same day treatment.… Read full review

Raul Ramos does a great job servicing my home I dealt with a lot of German roaches and ever since we've been with Stride Pest Control I rarely see them like I used to. And also ants I used to see rolli pollies but not anymore, they didn't really bother me but still as far as I know this pest control works like magic

Had a rather stellar ant infestation a few weeks ago (we're talking over a 1,000 sucked up with the vacuum cleaner in one evening). Got a hold of the great folks at Stride. They only offer a subscription service (1 year minimum), rather than one-off services due to most infestations needing more than a single… Read full review

Ruben provided excellent service and was very detailed regarding inspection and answering my questions regarding insect issues. The San Antonio office was also amazing. They made sure to relay my concerns to Ruben and followed up with him to make sure my concerns had been addressed.

Ruben was super professional and a pleasure to work with. He used booties when he came into the house without us asking and also made sure that everything was taken care of before he left. He also didn't try to push and upsales after explaining what was available if we were interested. Overall wonderful experience

This is probably the best experience I have had with a pest control service, my specialist, Thomas helped calm my worries and took care of some scary wasp nests for a fair price, he went above and beyond to help us understand what he was doing but to also calm our worries about these nefarious pests. Certainly I… Read full review
