Josh did an amazing job. He took his time to explain the process of how soon the ants would die and how to best keep them from coming back. He was very kind and his work was thorough.

Been with Stride for about a year and a half now and all I can say is they are the best in my opinion! Just had a service done today and the tech Raul did an amazing job! He listened to what I needed to be done and he was very professional! Always great customer service with Stride, definitely recommend to anybody looking for pest control!

Had a phone consultation with Alex the owner at first and told him the issues we’d had with Terminix. Raul Ramos does a great job servicing my home I dealt with a lot of German roaches and ever since we've been with Stride Pest Control I rarely see them like I used to. And also ants I used to see rolli pollies but not anymore, they didn't really bother me but still as far as I know this pest control works like magic

Today (7/31/2023) Stride Pest Control performed a service at my home. Raul Ramos, represented the company very well with his professional demeanor, application of interpersonal skills, and insight into the pest issues I was experiencing.

These guys do a great job. They really know how to kill bugs and take a genuine interest to make sure the job is done right.

Finally have gotten a technician that listens and properly does everything that’s included in my monthly plan. Raul Ramos did an amazing job!

Ruben provided excellent service and was very detailed regarding inspection and answering my questions regarding insect issues. The San Antonio office was also amazing. They made sure to relay my concerns to Ruben and followed up with him to make sure my concerns had been addressed.

Ruben was super professional and a pleasure to work with. He used booties when he came into the house without us asking and also made sure that everything was taken care of before he left.
