He is always very courteous and pleasant to talk with. I appreciate Ramone's time and attention to our home and his expert service.

We moved into a new home and noticed some pest activity our second day there. They were able to send Raul out that same day and he took great care of our home and took time to explain what he was doing. Thank you Raul!

5/5 Stars Stride Pest Control completely saved our peace of mind! We called them out fearing a worst-case scenario pest issue. Our inspector, Garrett (Garrit), was amazing—he used a high-powered magnifier to clearly show and confidently identify the actual pest, proving it wasn't what we feared at all. They were great. Raul R. was our technician and he showed up quick, and was courteous, professional and diligent. We had prehistoric gargantuan hairy spiders, and they appeared dead the next day, along with a dead scorpion. He also got rid of the 126 wasp nets that covered or house. He returned and did a thorough… Read full review

Stride Pest Control just finished up their first service at our house and it's been a breath of fresh air after our last provider. Communicated well, was efficient, informative and polite during service and billing was easy too.

Raul B, awesome communication and taking care of hornets nest without having to ask. Kindly quiet enough that I was still able to sleep due to being a nightshift worker.

Raul always does a great job

Had a rather stellar ant infestation a few weeks ago (we're talking over a 1,000 sucked up with the vacuum cleaner in one evening). Got a hold of the great folks at Stride. They only offer a subscription service (1 year minimum), rather than one-off services due to most infestations needing more than a single… Read full review

Alex and Raul were kind, patient and helpful as they meticulously sprayed corners and crevices on both outside and inside surfaces. Two genuinely nice people with excellent professionalism.

Great service. They do come out when promised and have not noticed any more ants since previous service was completed before today.

Ruben provided excellent service and was very detailed regarding inspection and answering my questions regarding insect issues. The San Antonio office was also amazing. They made sure to relay my concerns to Ruben and followed up with him to make sure my concerns had been addressed.

Ruben was super professional and a pleasure to work with. He used booties when he came into the house without us asking and also made sure that everything was taken care of before he left. He also didn't try to push and upsales after explaining what was available if we were interested. Overall wonderful experience
