Raul had to come back around. Seeing no car in the parking lot, he just bypassed us the first time. He displayed an aversion to contact with the filled tools. Real timid.

Very knowledgeable, efficient and the turn around time was amazing! Will continue to work with in the future.

Ramone conducted the scheduled service yesterday and as always, he did an outstanding job. Ramone always asks if there are areas or issues of concern so he can address them. He is always very courteous and pleasant to talk with. I appreciate Ramone's time and attention to our home and his expert service.

John did an amazing job on 6/19/26. Came to San Antonio and explained everything to us on the chemicals he used and where he was spraying. He was quick and transparent throughout the entire process.

Stride continues to come through in the clutch. Had a rodent issue and they came promptly out, Garret was very knowledgeable and helpful and worked with out budget. We will continue to use Stride

Jonathan came out today to talk to me about a rodent problem that I’m having. He is professional, personable, and very knowledgeable. Explain explained what my options were and came up with a treatment plan. I’m very impressed once again and pleased with Stride Pest Control.

Raul was our technician and he had a great communication. He was very timely in his responses and answered all our questions! He addressed our concerns and was very clear when explaining what treatment he was doing, and how that would help fix our issue. I would recommend!

Stride’s team is the embodiment of the word consultative. Never before have I had the pleasure of working with a group that truly went and took the time to truly break down and explain all options. That combined with timely service and awesome pricing, they can’t be beat!

Stride Pest Control serviced our model home for unwelcome pests. Raul was our technician; once he had introduced himself he described what he was here to do. He listened attentively, eyed the areas I pointed out, then proceeded assessing where the problem areas were. Raul was thorough, professional, and pleasant. I really enjoyed working with him.

Raul did a great job with follow-up service as we had rats in the attic. He had great attention to detail and also asked how the other services were going. From start to finish these guys were on top of it. They got rid of a horrible rat infestation that I had. They know their stuff, they communicate well, they address your concerns quickly. It was an all around good experience. Very fair prices too. I’m very pleased with their services!

Raul Ramos was helpful and knowledgeable about my rat problem. He arrived as scheduled and provided useful information and advice.

Ruben was helpful he informed me i needed exclusion work stride does not offer that service he recommended a company that does he was knowledgeable about the rodents or pest whichever they are called because they're were multiple creatures living in the attic

Ruben provided excellent service and was very detailed regarding inspection and answering my questions regarding insect issues. The San Antonio office was also amazing. They made sure to relay my concerns to Ruben and followed up with him to make sure my concerns had been addressed.
