When I arrived, atmosphere and vibes were OK. I booked a blowout as I do at every other salon because that’s all I ever get when I’m out of town at racetracks. After she blew my hair out, I asked her to style it because that always comes with a blowout. It takes 10 minutes? She said she didn’t have time and no one else in the salon had 10 minutes to curl my hair. Very disappointing that you can’t take 10 minutes to style a client’s hair. And I go to about 10 to 12 different hair salons all over the world a year and this has been the first one to do this. I run my own businesses and I always make sure the customer is happy no matter what!

Hi Shelby, thank you for sharing your feedback. We always strive to provide a great experience for every guest in our chair. When booking online, our blowout service is timed for a classic wash and blow-dry. To accommodate your request for an added deep conditioning treatment, as well as the extra care and drying time required for two rows of extensions and K-tips, your appointment ran significantly longer than a standard blowout slot. Because hot-tool curling on full extensions requires additional reserved time, I couldn't add it at the end without making my next scheduled client wait extended past their appointment time. Respecting every client’s time and staying on schedule is very important to us. I did offer to curl your hair in between my next service while they processed so you wouldn't leave unstyled, but I understand that waiting was not convenient for you. We appreciate your visit and wish you safe travels on the road!

Love my IBE (invisible) extensions, blonding (highlights) and color correction. If I’ve ever gone anywhere else traveling in a pinch, she fixes it no matter how bad!
