I only hope the secret isn't out too quick and it won't be too difficult to book another time slot.

After assuring me she knew how to cut my shoulder length, curly/wavy hair with long layers, the stylist completely botched the cut, didn't even bother to style it, told me to go home, wash it and see if it was ok. Paid $79 (plus tip) for a "full service" cut and style. She cut it too short in places, angled the layers wrong, disrupting curl pattern, leaving shelves and uneven, asymmetric gaps. The owner's response when I left a negative response to her survey request? No attempt to fix it - instead told me, "Don't come back." Rude and unprofessional. BEWARE!
Tammy is an expert stylist! She just knows instinctually what to do wth your hair.
