The crew was prompt. They worked very diligent and did an outstanding job. Even though it was a last minute job the yard front and back looked amazing. Trimmed to perfection. And all cleaned up to get ready for the 4th of July cookout. And the price was right. I will definitely use them as my new regular service.

As a new customer, I can comfortably say that I'm extremely pleased with Tony (owner) and his crew. From the day of estimation, until now, communication regarding desired services been highly satisfactory. The crew is timely and their work is meticulous. Rates are fairly competitive for the Southern MD area. Bottom line, I'm a happy customer.
Reasonably priced (literally a third of what others wanted to charge me when grass was overgrown). Reliable: Shows up when they're supposed to, and lets me know if they won't and why, and doesn’t take forever to reschedule. And does a great job everytime. Simple as that, as it should be.
Tony and his crew started doing our lawn this year and they do do excellent work. My yard always look great after their mowing and trimming. I would definitely recommend them for any of your yard maintenance needs.

Suburban Lawn Care Service LLC, continues to provide excellent, friendly and reliable lawn care services. I have been using them for a number of years now. Each service that has been rendered, I am always pleased with the final results. This includes their scheduled bi-weekly grass cutting services to which, I love coming home to a fresh clean cut. I have also had the pleasure of using them for mulching, planting new shrubbery as well as tree removal services. My annually gutter cleaning service is handled with ease as well. I have also referred you all to my two of my neighbors as well.

Suburban Lawn Service, has been mowing my lawn for a few months. Tony and his crew does a great job in maintaining my lawn. I recently hire Suburban to clean my gutters, I was given a quote and Tony was able to complete the service the same day. I appreciate their professionalism and customer care.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel like people should know exactly what they’re dealing with before hiring this company. I found Suburban Lawn Care Service LLC through Google while searching for someone to service my yard. The owner seemed nice on the phone initially, which is why I moved forward. Before booking, I VERY clearly explained the condition of my yard. I told him the grass was overgrown because it hadn’t been cut in a while, and I specifically explained that the fence lines and bushes needed major trimming due to neighboring overgrowth and foliage coming through the fence. I even told him upfront that I understood it would be extra work and I did not mind paying extra for trimming. The owner came out, looked at the yard himself, and acknowledged everything. He specifically told me he would need trimmers because he couldn’t properly handle the fence line with just a weedwhacker. He then told me he would come back the following day to finish the trimming. Based on that understanding, I paid $120 because I was told the price INCLUDED the trimming work. The next day came, and instead of completing the agreed-upon work, I received excuses and then a completely different story. In our text messages, he suddenly acted as if trimming the bushes and fence line was somehow separate from what we had already discussed and paid for. After refunding only $20, he started trying to reframe the conversation and act like there had been some misunderstanding. There was no misunderstanding. I was extremely clear from the beginning, and thankfully I had text messages backing up the conversation. What bothered me most was not even the unfinished trimming — it was the dishonesty and manipulation afterward. Instead of taking accountability, the owner became defensive, rude, and started deflecting when confronted. As a customer who was fully willing to pay fairly for quality work, that kind of behavior is a major red flag. The actual grass cut itself was just okay — definitely not impressive enough to overlook the poor communication and misleading pricing. Professionalism matters just as much as the work itself, and if an owner can’t communicate honestly or stand by what was discussed, I don’t see the value in continuing business with them. Do yourself a favor and really research lawn care companies before hiring. There are better companies in the area that communicate clearly and operate with integrity. I’ve already found another company I’d rather work with moving forward. The juice simply isn’t worth the squeeze.
