I’ve used SudzUp for years, paid on time, only one recent complaint. Alicen informed me she was sending out Rachael who I’d never met so I declined (On the actual day of the cleaning). I didn’t want a stranger in my house I’d never met and requested a meet and greet first. She never replied. She seemed butt hurt…
I needed help short notice for cleaning my house after we moved out. Erika was awesome and highly recommend her!
Very easy to work with. Squeezed us in before Thanksgiving! Great work and excellent price. Would hire them again.

This was a difficult job because it was post-new-home construction and there was dust everywhere, including on many rafters and in hard-to-reach places. The crew was prompt, courteous and very efficient, coming back another day because there were some hiccups on my end. Great job.

2026 UPDATE: Alicen and her staff removed a mattress and bed frame from an East Campus rental property for us and saved me the trip of having to go to COMO to coordinate. Thankful for her superior service and consistently exceeding my expectations. I’ve used her company since 2022 and they are the best in Columbia! 2023: We’ve used Sudz Up annually for deep cleaning my son’s college rental. They do am AMAZING job bringing a dirty place back to a livable space! Thank you!

Communication was great. My associate, Kim, was on time, friendly and did an amazing job on the move out cleaning of my previous apartment. I really appreciate her and this company and I highly recommend!

I’ve used SudzUp for years, paid on time, only one recent complaint. Alicen informed me she was sending out Rachael who I’d never met so I declined (On the actual day of the cleaning). I didn’t want a stranger in my house I’d never met and requested a meet and greet first. She never replied. She seemed butt hurt and whined I didn’t trust her to provide a a quality cleaner. I explained I wanted her to meet my dogs, one of which is deaf and explain how to use my gate. Next thing you know, she terminated services two weeks later, the day before my cleaning with my regular cleaner through a text due to operational considerations (whatever that means). I asked for an explanation and received none. Very unprofessional and rude.
Holly, we appreciate the many years you used Sudz Up and the trust you placed in our team during that time. As our company has grown, we occasionally send trained team members when regular cleaners are unavailable. When the scheduled cleaner was declined the day of service, it created a situation we could not accommodate within our scheduling system. We always aim to communicate clearly and provide consistent service. Operational limitations mean we are no longer the best fit for a client’s preferences. In those situations we believe it’s more honest to step back rather than continue a service arrangement that isn’t working well for everyone. We genuinely wish you the best moving forward and appreciate the years you chose to work with us.
