When I got home my dogs were happy and relaxed which says it all. I’ll definitely be using them again in the future!
Kathlyn is so kind with our two cats. Sending pictures, updates and taking care of our home on top of giving them attention. She has been the best find when new to Dallas.

"Trust is the most important quality you can look for in someone caring for your pets, and that is exactly what we’ve found with Sugar’s Pet Services. Melissa is incredibly responsive and kind, often helping us out when we’re in a hurry. Our caregiver, Alexi, is a total gem—trustworthy, helpful, and so patient. He has been instrumental in helping us transition a new kitten into our home with our rather anxious and 'set-in-her-ways' older cat. Even when he has to navigate tricky logistics to get into the house while we’re away, he never complains. We wholeheartedly recommend this company to everyone, especially first-timers. It truly opens up your world, allowing you to travel or work long days knowing your animals are happy, relaxed, and receiving 100% of the care they deserve. Thank you, Sugar’s!" - PS, you get pics and a journal at every visit!!!
