Very sad. I have a senior rescued dog that has become blind and hard of hearing. I called Sugar and spoke to the owner about his situation as he has become defensive and more difficult to groom, no problem was the response. I was called to pick Motley up and told there would be additional charge due to his behavior,…

Very sad. I have a senior rescued dog that has become blind and hard of hearing. I called Sugar and spoke to the owner about his situation as he has become defensive and more difficult to groom, no problem was the response. I was called to pick Motley up and told there would be additional charge due to his behavior, Okey, but what I discovered days later was his right eye was completely covered with puss and he was hurting. We took him to the vet. Advanced Animal Care charged me $475.34 for 2 visits and wanted us to come back for a third visit. I can only speculate that Motley was nicked in his blind eye from the clippers or scissors. Poor baby it has been a long recover.

Brought my dog this morning and they said it was cat day, but took in my lab anyway 😊 trimmed her nails as soon as I walked in. Great customer service! They said it was free, but they deserved the $20 tip. I will be back and I won’t wait so long next time.
Loved the vibe I had last week when I went in. Took 1 dog in last week and today I took our 2nd dog(the trouble maker) in today and once again they were amazing! Great prices, the people are beyond nice and today they took a pic of him dressed up for the 4th- too cute! Thank you! We will be.back!
