Relaxed environment and very welcoming people. Regardless of your skill level, the staff is supportive and strives to help you practice in a constructive and safe manner. I have already experienced Increased flexibility, which has made certain things that I do easier.
It was hard to start yoga as an 82-year-old, but Sunrise Yoga has provided a welcoming and supportive environment where all ages can comfortably strengthen balance, mobility, endurance and perspective.
This studio is a wonderful place to practice: it's accommodating to beginners and advanced yogis. The community atmosphere is welcoming and comfortable. They take yoga seriously here, but not themselves.
I feel so blessed to have found the community at Sunrise Yoga. The teachers are all very well trained and able to accommodate any level of expertise with care and compassion. It is supportive for both body and soul. It is a true ‘family’.
Valerie is a pro all the way! Every session is different and provides lovely challenges. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived. It is exercise that I actually look forward to and want to attend, rather than it being a chore to attend. We are so lucky to have this outstanding studio in Clemmons!
I’ve been practicing yoga for a little over a year at Sunrise Yoga. I have met so many wonderful people, both students and teachers! My balance is much better than when I started, and I am getting stronger. All pluses when you’re over 65! I highly recommend Sunrise!!
I am so glad that I discovered Sunrise Yoga! I was a non believer slated for 5 discs to be fused. My wife and her friend, Cathy Howell convinced me to attend a free session. No surgery and feeling great with no pain. Small, personal classes with trained instructors who care, listen and modify your yoga experience. THANKS!

I love going to Sunrise Yoga everyone is so friendly and helpful. Every instructor is always considerate and accommodating to whatever movement that we are doing with yoga. Very helpful and very informative.

The classes are geared to many levels, from beginning to advanced practitioners. Everyone is very welcoming, from students to staff. There are several types of classes to choose from. The space is very clean and organized.

I have been practicing yoga for four years and I love all the challenges and poses we do in class. This is my first yoga studio that I have attended. I've been a student at Sunrise now for almost 2 years. First, I was pleased with the studio's cleanliness and the teachers' safe approaches to poses. Now, I'll add that the teachers are so knowledgeable and supportive! I enjoy my practice at Sunrise. It's a welcoming community!
