Diego kept us informed on a complete brake job with a very competitive price that met our time frame. We will return and pass the word along.
Honest, fairly fast, and fair. That’s about all you can ask for in a repair shop!
As always, great, polite, and honest service!
Most amazing place to get vehicle worked on!!! Best place ever!!!
These people are awesome. Highly recommend them.
Clean, friendly, communicative, convenient and timely service at both Sunset locations I have visited. They explain the why/how when they give recommendations. Chris, Diego, Jose and Gavin have all helped me with my car, and were knowledgeable and helpful. They provide pictures, quotes for pre-review, and a…
I own a remodeling company in the Chicagoland area. My work trucks take a daily beating transporting heavy materials and driving lots of miles. I only trust one auto repair shop with not only my company vehicles but personal as well, Sunset Auto & Tire. The owner Maricela goes way out of her way to make sure each of…
Absolutely no complaints. Great service and got my car back within a reasonable time frame. and running great again! Happy with everything.
Would highly recommend setting up an appointment at this shop! Everyone is extremely friendly and they will leave you satisfied. The work performed is top tier, best shop around for sure.
Excellent service and communication. Thoroughly enjoyed working with the team at sunset auto. Highly recommend 👌
Prompt and efficient service every time. Gavin speaks with you, not at you, which builds a real sense of trust. His recommendations are always spot on, and I’ve never been let down once. Highly recommend.
The Sunset team is amazing! We have needed quite a bit of help with several cars the past couple of years and this is the best garage I have ever used. Everyone is kind and responsive. The work is well done and completed quickly. Communication is top notch. Text updates and estimates are so helpful! Scheduling is…
The folks at Sunset were very kind to me when I was in a bind. The parking brake broke on my very old Mercedes and they fixed me up for a very good rate. They also special ordered parts for it, which I very much appreciated as it was extra effort on their part. I do intend to return to them as much as I can over the lifetime of this old boat.
Went to Sunset twice this week — for exhaust and brake work. Very happy with the work, price, timing, and overall experience. Diego knows cars and is a pleasure to work with. The entire process was easy and seamless, and they have an excellent team. Highly recommend!
