This is the third time we’ve asked SunState for their professional opinion on the condition of a property. The first time, they kept us from getting into what would have been an endless series of headaches.
Since then, they’ve advised us on what we need to do to protect and take care of our own most important investment, our home.

Sunstate states that their company is founded on customer satisfaction, high ethical standards, and prompt, knowledgeable service. Unfortunately, our experience was the exact opposite of what was advertised as the “gold standard.”
After moving into our home, we discovered that none of the appliances were functioning properly. In addition, our contractor identified several significant issues that had been overlooked during the inspection process. When we contacted Sunstate to express our concerns, we expected professionalism and assistance. Instead, I was repeatedly talked over and berated by Clint.
Rather than addressing our legitimate concerns, Clint became verbally aggressive and accused the former owner of intentionally damaging the property before moving out. He repeatedly stated that he knew the previous owner and what kind of person he was, making assumptions and assigning blame instead of focusing on resolving the issues we were experiencing.
Customer service should involve listening to clients, addressing concerns respectfully, and taking responsibility when problems arise. Unfortunately, our experience with Sunstate fell far short of the high ethical standards, customer satisfaction, and knowledgeable service they claim to provide.
