Had an appointment, due to callouts it took longer than expected. Butchered the short trim we needed and ended up cleaning it up at home. Wasted $30. This isn’t the first bad experience here but we gave them a second chance.
Trinity remembered me and what I've been trying to do with my hair. While I've been having trouble growing it out, she helped me to concede that I just have to stay with a shorter style. I absolutely love it, and received compliments when out with friends. Trinity is so sweet and personable.

I didn’t like the cut. I’m 70 and had lots of long hairs missed and had to cut them myself at home. I’ve long thought their hair cuts are over priced. I take my business elsewhere until the cost is reduced. I hardly have any hair and they charge like 28.00 for less than 10 minutes in the chair.
