Paid to much, my hair was cut wrong, not colored enough, there's a lot of my old hair color showing, it took along time to get my hair length to this stage, it's all gone, my hair is ruined.

Second time at this shop and a great experience again! The Owner took me in without advance notice for a trim and re-coloring of a previous job done badly by another shop. Lots of fun conversation and a job done well and quickly. Thanks!

I'm not sure what Kari is talking about, Jeni and her team are some of the most caring people I've ever met. My ex wife is transgendered and Jeni use to cut her hair for over 18 years. Not to mention that she was there with me when my step-dad transitioned when I was 13 years old.
