I’ve been getting my hair done by Jennifer and have never had a bad experience.

I went in on 7/14/26 for a trim. When he was done he did not do the typical hold the mirror up for me to see the back. I needed to have my curly, short hair trimmed to keep it fresh. Ikaika was available. He did a great job. I asked him to remove just enough to take the weight off my natural curls. My hair is so much easier to style on a wash and go morning. Thanks.

This was my first time visiting. Jennifer cut my hair and did exactly what I wanted. I have very fine hair, so she gave me tips on how to keep it from breakage. No other place I have gone has ever done that. I will definitely be going back when I need another cut!

I came in to get what I thought was going to be a trim. I wanted the hair around my face trimmed up. To my surprise it was considered a bang trim and was free. I'm a regular and will continue to be. I was impressed and tipped to young man who cut my bangs a nice tip.

Why go to an overpriced hairdresser when you got Annie here? Tried a haircut here today and happy to say I’ll be a regular whenever she has a spot ;)

Usually happy with my haircuts here, but this time not so much. I get my hair cut pretty short with a 2 clip on the sides. I always ask for a low blend so it doesn't look like I only have hair on the very top of my head. Unfortunately the stylist took the clip way too high so I got exactly the look I did not want.

I went in for a haircut and had a good experience. My stylist(?) made sure to ask and confirm what I wanted. She (I'm sad I didn't get her name) took her time and I didn't feel rushed out the door. It was a pleasant time. This was a last minute appointment and I'm glad I did it. 100% would come back again.

I go for 2 reasons, to see annie and to get a great haircut from her.

Took my 18 month old for his first haircut. It was so stress free. I sat in the chair, got my own cape, my child sat on me and got his own cape. No tears, no nothing. $26 for a cut was so good. I didn’t catch the stylist name but they were amazing and friendly.

Paid to much, my hair was cut wrong, not colored enough, there's a lot of my old hair color showing, it took along time to get my hair length to this stage, it's all gone, my hair is ruined.

One of the worst haircuts I've ever had. Also the quickest. The guy was done in about 2 min. My fade is jacked up. You know you got a bad haircut when you're immediately considering going somewhere else to get it fixed. I'm done with Supercuts. Never again.

Second time at this shop and a great experience again! The Owner took me in without advance notice for a trim and re-coloring of a previous job done badly by another shop. Lots of fun conversation and a job done well and quickly. Thanks!

I'm not sure what Kari is talking about, Jeni and her team are some of the most caring people I've ever met. My ex wife is transgendered and Jeni use to cut her hair for over 18 years. Not to mention that she was there with me when my step-dad transitioned when I was 13 years old.
