Superformance Foreign Auto Repair

I've been going here for years and over the course of having two cars. The service has always been great and people friendly. Devon always kindly explains my options and answers any questions I have. I've never felt overcharged or taken advantage of here.

Fantastic work and fantastic people! They've been able to accurately diagnose issues other shops haven't, and charge quite reasonable prices too.

Devon, Lucas and the entire team are the best. Superformance is reliable, prices are great and service is on point. One of the things that makes them stand out to me is that they don't push repairs that aren't needed. They'll let you know what to keep an eye on so you don't have to get unnecessary repairs that aren't critical. I highly recommend them!

All good !! As usual, everything just goes so well when we bring our cars in,, for whatever purpose.

my first time going here; and i wish i had found them sooner. they did a detailed examination of my alfa, and addressed my engine problems for a fraction of the price that the dealer wanted. excellent communication and clearly a very honest auto repair shop. johnny, alex and the rest of the team were great. i can not recommend them high enough.

Big repair. Took a few days, but incredibly communicative and responsive to messages. Older BMW now running great. I will keep bringing her to Superformance. They even fixed a brake light for me. No more dash light alarms is a treat! Also Brought in my 2013 535i. They fixed the AC for $600. They were very… Read full review

The team took in my 1987 VW vanagon, replaced the old parts, and even took it back in when it wasn’t 100%. They handled the issue all the way to completion. I’ll go back for oil changes and routine maintenance to make sure it stays out on the road.

Excellent service. This is an outstanding family business. They have comprehensive experience and knowledge. Experts who are professional, trustworthy, friendly and courteous. They diagnose and resolve issues efficiently as well as providing routine maintenance services. I highly recommend Superformance. You need to… Read full review

Rapid and fine work. Very helpful in successfullysolving a difficult problem.

The guys at Superformance know there stuff and do great work. Strongly recommend their shop and great, central West LA location.

I bought my first car in 1972, and have never found service like Superformance. Great service, staff and most importantly, quality of repair!

Completely reliable expert service. I have been serviced (a 2006 BMW) by Superformance for twenty years with no complaints. I recommend them without reservation.

I have been going to Superformance for eight years and obviously I am very satisfied. The maintenance or repair process of my car is as it should be. You bring the car in and speak to Devon or Alexander. They listen, ask pointed questions, and are willing to work with you. You OK their cost and pick up your car when… Read full review

Always top notch customer service. You get what you pay for, quick and good.

The team was very responsive, honest, and quick. Great experience overall

My wife’s Mk7 GTI threw a check engine light and some odd issues with the cooling system as we were driving into LA from our home in the Eastern Sierras—thankfully it didn’t overheat. The team at Superformance were very professional, knowledgeable (and super nice) and managed to get our car back in shape within a… Read full review

Did an engine swap with them a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it since then. I took it back 4 or 5 times and they never fixed it, kept claiming that it was fine. I've had to take it to other shops and spend over $7k trying to fix it.

Really great service. These folks know what they are doing. Courteous, competent and professional. I will never use another mechanic, ever.

Great mechanics! Been taking my BMW E89 Z4 to them since 2020. They take care of my regular maintenance, make recommendations for preventative maintenance and troubleshoot random issues that pop up. They know what they're doing and fix problems the first time, unlike other shops I've been to. The team members are also very nice.

Nice shop, had lots of work done including IMS and RMS on my 996 C4S.

I've owned my beloved BMW 325i for 23 years, and thanks to Superformance Foreign Auto Repair, it is still running beautifully. Whenever age-related issues come up or regular maintenance is needed, they are always quick, efficient, and incredibly reliable. They take great care of my car and truly keep it in… Read full review

Amazing staff and technicians that worked on my Porsche Macan and Subaru STi. Couldn’t be happier with the service, price, and professionalism.

Superformance went above and beyond in providing exquisite care, professional, congenial engagement and transparent service. I would wholeheartedly recommended Devin and his colleagues to those seeking quality work at prices unmatched with foreign vehicles.

Excellent prompt service

I’ve been taking my 2004 M3 to Superformance since the warranty expired and they are simply the best. They truly love cars! And they don’t talk down to women…unlike the people at the dealership. They also work on my 1966 Mustang Fastback.

Wouldn’t trust anyone else! These guys were super helpful and were always conscious. I just sold the car they worked on but they have my business for so long as I’m in LA

Honest and reliable service. Trusted for nearly 10 years.

Excellent service, did everything that was requested, fair pricing & car was ready at the promised time. Very honest operation

Timely, friendly and efficient service. Most older, modern cars require a great deal of patience, expertise, broad experience and lots of good old sleuthing to figure out problems. The Superformance team has all that is needed and they stand by their work. it’s a pleasure to work with them. I highly recommend Superformance.

Johnny and the Superformance team are amazing. My 10 year old 5 series with over 100k miles drives like new now!

Always on time, reliable, professional, & honest!!! Totally trustworthy. SUPERformance says it all. I’m so grateful. Thank you!

I’ve been taking my cars to this shop for over 10 years - Audi and BMW. They are a great team - they can explain things to me plainly and tell me which repair needs to be prioritized. Car repairs can be stressful experiences but not with Superformance. I have recommended them to friends.

I cannot recommend Superformance strongly enough! Honest, thorough, cheerful + such fair pricing!

Great mechanics for my Mercedes-Benz vehicle. Thorough, communicative, and fair on price. Excellent service every time.

Have worked with Tom for over 30 years, many different cars. Superformance always provides great auto repair and never tries to upsell services. The cost to address an issue is always provided along with the pros and cons of doing the repair, along with the urgency, if any, of a repair. I drive from the SF valley and trust my cars to no one else.

Tom and Devon provide excellent and timely service at a reasonable price. They have handled all three of my current BMWs and several over the years, both vintage and newer models. Excellent service, communication and value.

This is the place for your German cars. No BS, best prices and great customer service.

We’ve been going here for years and there is no other place I would trust my car with. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Their service is outstanding and their pricing is fair.
