The team is knowledgeable, dependable, honest and will advise on options. They treat you like family.
As they’ve been every time I have been there, and since I bought my 2016 Boxster S (used), the team at Superformance is reliable, trustworthy and straightforward. This time they repaired recent damage from an accident. Fantastic work in less than the expected time.
I've been going here for years and over the course of having two cars. The service has always been great and people friendly. Devon always kindly explains my options and answers any questions I have. I've never felt overcharged or taken advantage of here.
Everybody there goes above and beyond expectations. Especially Alex!
Big repair. Took a few days, but incredibly communicative and responsive to messages. Older BMW now running great. I will keep bringing her to Superformance. They even fixed a brake light for me. No more dash light alarms is a treat! Also Brought in my 2013 535i. They fixed the AC for $600. They were very…
Excellent service from a trustworthy and knowledgeable team.
Very patient and honest in all experiences Usually find the quickest and simplest way to solve whatever it is. Had loud brakes and they gave me some suggestions on how to solve it myself easily but ultimately helped me clean them and put them back together and now the brakes are completely silent Good and honest business
Love this place - everyone is SO incredibly kind and they do the best job. Only place I’d take my car. Wish I could give more stars.
The guys at Superformance know there stuff and do great work. Strongly recommend their shop and great, central West LA location.
Completely reliable expert service. I have been serviced (a 2006 BMW) by Superformance for twenty years with no complaints. I recommend them without reservation.
great job and service - great staff - I've been taking my 2013 X5 there for awhile and the car runs like a champ!
Always top notch customer service. You get what you pay for, quick and good.
Superformance is my go to shop. It has been since 1990s. Recommended by an attorney my wife worked with. Johnny and I were young ish. Here diagnosis is an art. Basic service is done well. If there is an added recommendation, there is a reason. It isn't to bump the invoice. I was in sales. The miles built up…
Gentleman did a great job on my 328i. Excellent and quick work , highly recommended these folks to be upfront and honest on work that is needed.
Great mechanics! Been taking my BMW E89 Z4 to them since 2020. They take care of my regular maintenance, make recommendations for preventative maintenance and troubleshoot random issues that pop up. They know what they're doing and fix problems the first time, unlike other shops I've been to. The team members are also very nice.
Overall experience was extremely good. Of course it was more money than I wanted to spend, but who wants to spend money on car repairs! Especially for a 20 year-old vehicle. The turnaround time was much quicker than expected and the service guys really explained to me everything that was going on throughout the…
Been going to these guys for a few years. Devon is great and has always been super helpful
I honestly can’t recommend Superformance enough. Alex and Devon are the real deal. From day one they’ve been transparent, responsive, and genuinely invested in helping me. They don’t dodge calls, they explain everything clearly, and they move with real urgency. You’re never left wondering what’s going on with your…
They are knowledgeable, amazing in terms of service, and just generally one of the best automotive repair places on the entire west side of Los Angeles. Highly recommend.
Great service and communication. I would definitely recommend SuperPerformance to anyone with a European sports car.
