Chris & Gabe were great! Had a little misalignment in a double gate and they adjusted it and got it working properly again. Both of them were very professional and courteous. Andrew came back and did some repair from some factory defect material and it looks fantastic.
I originally had Superior come out to build my original fence a couple years ago, they did great. I needed to change my fence footprint for another job so called up this company to remove and build me a new smaller section of the fence. They sent one guy to build the entire fence and he ended up making 5 total…
I was lucky enough to have Andrew out and he was fantastic! I love the fence and Andrew really knows his stuff, I can’t imagine using anybody else!!!
Andrew was amazing from start to finish on getting my fence in!
I enjoyed working with this company they did everything to provide me with all the information I needed to repair my gates and fence. Andrew came out and did a thorough check and repaired everything that was needed and I appreciate him so much. Thanks Andrew.
Absolutely love the vinyl fence. It looks great! Gabriel and his team did a fantastic job installing it. Highly recommend!
Gabriel’s Team started and completed our fence installation. They were professional, kind, friendly, respectful and detailed. Above and beyond service and recommend.
Gabriel and his crew knocked it out of the park. From the first message, communication was clear, quick, and professional. They showed up on time and finished my vinyl fence in a single day, no drama, no mess. I was super worried about the topography and slope being a problem, but, the craftsmanship is excellent.…
Our install team Gabriel and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately did not get did a PHENOMENAL JOB on our vinyl fencing. They worked hard through the heat and deserve all the praise and good reviews they get. I strongly recommend Gabriel for any fence jobs you need. Will definitely recommend them and superior fence and rail. THANK YOU. 🙏🏼
Very professional. Showed up on time. And did a great job. I will use them again.
10/10 experience. Every person that showed up to my home was thorough, the sales professional explained everything in detail, and the crew that installed it worked tirelessly (and I do mean worked rain or shine. At one point I had to let them know we would be a-ok if they stopped for the LIGHTNING storm headed our…
The guys did a great job. Would definitely recommend them for all your fencing needs and will use them again in the future.
Superior Fence and Rail did a great job standing behind their work. We had a few minor things that needed to be fixed after installation, and David personally came by to take care of everything. He was professional, responsive, and made sure the job was done right. I really appreciate the follow-through and would recommend them!
Look, there are tons of fencing contractors in middle Tennessee to choose from. Being relatively new to the area, I asked for and received many suggestions on whom I should contact. I know nothing about fences, but I do know what I wanted. Out of the 4 fencing contractors that provided me estimates, only Sterling…
Excellent work and communications.
Summer 2020 Superior is fantastic. They did a fabulous job of installing a complete fenced yard including three sets of double gates. They are surprisingly quick, thorough and courteous. Best of all, the owner has returned promptly in person several times to realign material that was affected by weather related…
Jakob and Gabe were fantastic. They finished up detailed issues that were very important. Their installation practices are very good.
Really enjoyed working with Mike and Superior Fence & Rail!
We love our fence and very happy with the service and communication with Superior.
My experience with Superior Fence & Rail was outstanding. My install team of Gabriel & Jacob did a fantastic job, very professional and thorough. I thank them for their effort.
Superior Fence was so great to work with! They were very professional and organized from start to finish. Tara was very responsive and easy to communicate with. They were so patient as we made changes to the fence plan and waited for HOA approval. They were very punctual and efficient day-of-install. The fence is…
EDIT. As neighbors have moved in we have realized we made a poor choice by selecting superior fence and rail for our fence. The fence is unsightly as practically no fence posts are level and large gals are present in our “privacy lock” fence. Overall a huge waste in money. A local company has is providing an…
Superior Fence & Rail recently installed a vinyl fence at my home, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The install team was Josue O, and they did a great job. Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend!
Just Love the divider they installed in between me and my neighbor beautiful work. Thanks Guys
They did an excellent job and the fence looks great!
Superior Fence and Rail was fantastic! They were highly professional and responsive and worked hand in hand with me to ensure that the process was sloth and painless. If I ever need anything else in the future I will be calling Superior Fence and Rail
Looks good. Happy with my decision to go with superior fence & Rail
Chase Preston and Ed just finished did a great job!!! Took their time to do what seems like a great quality job. We did a walk through and Chase explained the steps they took. Due to such a great install experience I will recommend this company to my neighbors! 10/10
Great work and completed the job in one day.
Victor and his crew were professional and respectful. They showed up on time and did a great job on the fence. My wife and I were very satisfied and would recommend to friends and family.
Felipe and his team were great. Everything went well and we will recommend Superior Fence and Rail to others
I love my vinyl fence but this company was a headache to work with. Venise was super nice, Doug on the other hand is a liar, rude and unprofessional. The company installed my fence but the workers were late, Understaffed, never communicated with me what was going to be done or when they were leaving so I knew what…
The team did an excellent job. They were courteous, friendly, and hard-working. They answered all questions. We were pleased with their work and love our fence
Great fence and service. Venise was the best with communicating with us throughout the entire process. Installers did a fantastic job and the fence is what we envisioned. Definitely recommend this company!!
Our salesman Tyler Bowen was very professional throughout the entire process. He listened to our needs and worked with our budget to provide the best product. The installation crew was very punctual and worked tirelessly through the summer heat to finish the project on time and made sure we were happy before…
All interactions that I had with the representatives of this company were very positive. Tyler was very accessible to me by phone or he would call me back readily if he wasn’t available when I called, Venise in the office was extremely helpful, very courteous and concerned that I received good service, and Tara and…
Happy with the service
The quality is impeccable! My son has hit the fence with a few baseballs and it is still standing strong- without dents as well! The owners are great people! The staff was friendly, professional, and timely. They finished our fence in one day!
This company is great start to finish. Anytime I had a question they took care of it, they got all the paperwork together to submit to HOA. The fence was put up quickly. The only suggestion I have especially in a new development is have one of your workers let the homeowner know they are there. I was told what day…
Superior Fence was awesome to work with. They were very knowledgeable, professional, and affordable. Once the decision was made to hire, they handled everything from beginning to end. My fence looks amazing! I would definitely hire them again!
