Had an emergency on Friday evening and called 3 other companies who said they could come during the weekend or made me talk with an ai scheduling (which I hung up on after it couldn't get my name right after 4 tries). From the very first meeting, this company has been top notch. Not only did they find all the problems, they actually wanted to fix everything. They showed up on time, and finished exactly when they said the job would be done. No surprise charges, their quote was what we paid down to the penny. 100% will use again!

Joe came out to check for a leak coming from a toilet. He quickly diagnosed it and got right to work. He ended up having to replace the wax ring and re-grouted the toilet back in place. Superior sent out Joe Pendleton and helper to my home to install a new faucet for my guest bathroom. Joe was thorough and made the installation plus he replaced the water lines under the sink as they had started a slow leak. Very friendly and explained everything to my husband and myself. I would use Superior Plumbing again.

We have used them before and had great results. They arrived in a timely manner and knocked the job out quickly. However, they forgot to reattach the washer drain hose which ended up flooding my garage. Not a catastrophe, but it was a pain in my butt. I would still use them again.
