Had the pleasure of doing business with Superior Plumbing last week. From the time Ashley answered the phone, until Joe left our house, we were nothing but pleased. Great customer service. Knowledgeable technicians. Highly recommend their services to anyone.

From the very first meeting, this company has been top notch. Not only did they find all the problems, they actually wanted to fix everything. They showed up on time, and finished exactly when they said the job would be done. No surprise charges, their quote was what we paid down to the penny. 100% will use again!

Tech was very knowledgeable and answer all my question. Did not try to over charge me like other company.

Superior Plumbing was a pleasure to work with on my sewer line descaling and jetting, putting vinyl liner in place, replacing an old gas water heater and replacing old cast iron lines coming from my kitchen and garage. Each of their employees was kind, polite, exceptionally hardworking and explained each aspect of… Read full review

We have loved working with Superior Plumbing since a bathroom remodel 8 yrs ago. They are always responsive and, most importantly, honest! This call was for an emergency active leak and Joe Pendleton was extremely helpful on this call.

Bryce was on time, vet friendly and very knowledgeable. He was very helpful.

Fast, polite but more expensive than expected.

I would highly recommend Superior Plumbing. Honest and professional service. I had estimates from others and their prices were ridiculous another company quoted me over twice as much and said, I would not be able to use the water for a week. I was able to use everything on the second day. They worked on a Friday and… Read full review

They were excellent from our first interaction getting a quote through to the end of the project. The work was done in a timely fashion, and great care was taken not to damage any fixtures in or around the house. I was kept informed all along the way. My mom lives in the Ortega area in a 65 year old slab house. She has faced recurring sewer issues, including having sewage back up into a shower. When Eric came out to evaluate the problem, he recommended that she get her cast iron sewer pipes re-lined. It wasn't cheap, but mom was impressed with the product and… Read full review

Skilled, efficient and knowledgeable. Joshua made the whole operation look easy despite running into unseen horrors behind my walls A+

Very professional. They corrected the mistakes. The previous plumbers have made explained what they were doing, and the job looks great as a result.

Thank you Joe and Christian for a job well done!

Kyle Rubing the plumber was great but price was ridiculous on replacement of small area of pipe and faucet that cracked and burst. Also didn't detect another area of faucet pipe that is now been dripping for 3 weeks until I can afford repairs.

Drain stoppage in main line

I have an older home that needed all new PVC piping for my bathrooms and the cast iron main pipe was almost falling apart so I needed it re-lined (I didn’t have to tear up my backyard to get this fixed which was a huge bonus!). Tyler and his crew did a fantastic job! They were done in 2 days and left the backyard… Read full review

Larry and Jonathan provided superior service. I am extremely impressed with the pipe lining work that the guys did. The cleanup was very thorough and the job was completed in a day. They’re my “New” plumbing company for sure.

Everyone I spoke with was very nice, the techs were all very knowledgeable and polite. Larry came out initially to diagnose a slab leak from outgoing water, Jack and Blaze were the techs who did the job. The main issue diagnosis was a leaking kitchen vent stack and also a blocked bathroom vent stack. Jack discovered… Read full review

Our lawn man told me my outdoor faucet was on but, when I went to check, I found the faucet was broken off inside the wall. Then I heard my wife screaming from inside the house and, running inside, I found her standing in our bathroom as it quickly filled with water! Being new to the area, I had no idea who to… Read full review

Larry, Eric, and Stephan were great! We had CIPP lining installed in our home's cast iron drains. We have terrazzo floors, so digging out the old pipes was NOT an option. Superior plumbing came out and was actually able to line the pipes and only charged me $6,400 saving me thousands of dollars I am so glad I found these guys!!! I will forever recommend superior plumbing.
