Joe came out to check for a leak coming from a toilet. He quickly diagnosed it and got right to work. He ended up having to replace the wax ring and re-grouted the toilet back in place. Joe was great, but I had to wait a long time because he wasn’t able to connect with Finch for approval even though it was a minor job of replacing the mechanism inside the toilet.
