He is honest and thorough and gives you the information you need to make an informed decision on the most effective way to keep your home safe. Have used this company for decades and was always pleased. After moving to a new house (townhouse) had them come out to treat for spiders. Technician treated the two exterior walls. Suggested I switch to a bi-annual plan which would reduce the cost of current service and I agreed. Then received original full invoice…
Mike did a great job letting us know what kind of ants we had. He also gave us great advice on what to do before he came to treat them to have the house ready. Hoping we got rid of both kinds of ants today.

James did an assessment for mice and did a great job. He educated the tenant who is scared of mice and made sure he addressed all questions. Put down the products and checked the outside and basement for activity. He was on time and very professional. It’s a pleasure to work with him!

I called for pest control service specifically for an ant problem. They came out and treated the property, but there was no change in the ant activity. We called back within a week to let them know the treatment had not worked and to have someone return to address the issue.
When they came back, I was informed that this would be considered another treatment and another service charge. I find that very frustrating. This was not a new pest issue or a separate service request—it was a follow-up because the service I had already paid for did not resolve the problem. I should not have to pay twice simply because the first treatment was ineffective.
Service technicians were professional and pleasant.

I recently had SureThing Pest Control out to my house, and I could not be more impressed. The owner personally came out, did a thorough inspection for termites, treated my deck and gazebo for carpenter bees, and explained everything so clearly. Professional, friendly, and effective, I highly recommend them.
