We’ve used Sure Thing for many years across two houses due to ants and rarely ever see one in the house. Also we have less bugs in general. Very nice people come out as well.
We had a hornets hive and some ant infestation around our old KY home. Ken came out right away and did an excellent job of treating all our problems! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what was going on and our best treatment options. Would highly recommend!
Ken took the time to inspect the issue and provide a site specific solution. He was helpful is answering all my questions and providing additional insight on my issue.
We noticed evidence of mice getting into our garage. Ken from Sure Thing Pest Control came out the next day and gave us advice on sealing where they're entering, and also did a thorough termite inspection. Since we're on a treatment plan for ants, there was no charge. Ken and Sure Thing are dependable and affordable!
They are so kind. Even when there was an urgent matter or a problem at home, he solved it right away. I have been using the service for 3 years and have never had a complaint. I am very satisfied.

Jerry is very knowledgeable regarding pest control. He did an inspection of the house and found my crawl space had flooded!
