Sure Thing Pest Control

We use Sure Thing quarterly to prevent bug problems. Recently had a hornets nest in one of our trees next to the driveway. Jeff came out and took care of it for us. He explained how he would handle it and did a great job. Love how responsive he was.

Jeff, our tech, was great at explaining everything he was planning on doing. Even called me in response to an online question I posted. The customer service is excellent!

Had a good experience with using Sure Thing at my mother's house. I didn't understand that if the yellow jackets Sure Thing treated in my yard weren't eradicated, I'd be charged for each return visit. I've searched my receipts for an explanation of this. Great experiences with Sure Thing PC!

We had a hornets hive and some ant infestation around our old KY home. Ken came out right away and did an excellent job of treating all our problems! He was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain to us what was going on and our best treatment options. Would highly recommend!

We noticed evidence of mice getting into our garage. Ken from Sure Thing Pest Control came out the next day and gave us advice on sealing where they're entering, and also did a thorough termite inspection. Since we're on a treatment plan for ants, there was no charge. Ken and Sure Thing are dependable and affordable!

Ken O’Brien has been our tech for five years now. Highly recommend him and Sure Thing. The improvement over these years is a direct result of Ken’s attention to the details of our property.

I love living in the woods, but the mice who live nearby would like to move in. Ken at Sure Thing has managed to keep the mice out and made my home more enjoyable. He checks in quarterly and keeps all pests outside where they belong!

Sure Thing came out to handle a yellow jacket nest in a difficult location--inside our front porch. They were able to take care of the nest quickly and without any damage to the house. The cost was extremely reasonable.
