I highly recommend Sure Thing Pest Control. Ken OBrien has been my service agent for two years. He is honest and thorough and gives you the information you need to make an informed decision on the most effective way to keep your home safe. I like that he calls ahead so that I know he is on his way. I am happy with the company and Ken.

We’ve used Sure Thing for many years across two houses due to ants and rarely ever see one in the house. Also we have less bugs in general. Very nice people come out as well.

Ken is our service person. He always takes the time to explain what he’s found (or hasn’t 👍) and what can be done - and he’s very, very knowledgeable! A great company!

Ken is my technician and he helped reduce our mice problem since we live in a wooded area. He always calls before he arrives at the house and is very professional and friendly. He has eased my mind several times.

Had an inspection and treatment from Sure Thing Pest Control. Their tech, Jeff P., found a piece of trim near the roof that was loose. He nailed this back in place and placed several traps in the attic and laundry room. Happy with their service and it was less expensive than my previous exterminator that failed to eliminate my problem.

We’ve used the service for about a year now and the difference is night and day. Ken stays on top of everything, let’s us know what’s going on and provides great feedback.

The company was very responsive from my initial contact. There was even a point where there was a miscommunication and it was immediately rectified. Mike came out and he was very knowledgeable and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. Well worth the money spent and would definitely use again (and recommend).
