As usual.. very credible pest control from senior inspectors. I’ve relied on Sure Thing now to verify pest conditions on my last 3 homes
On time, great service, and a great price.
Sure Thing installed termite bait traps around the perimeter of our dwelling. Employee arrived on time, was kind and considerate and explained everything.
Mark, did an outstanding job of explaining the work he was going to do and then doing exactly what he said and treated my home as if it were his own .
He’s the best
I love that they let me know when they are coming, they give me a detailed account of what they find/don't find and what they do and they are always so professional. I highly recommend them!
Sure Thing was trustworthy, fast, and knowledgeable. Our plumber identified signs of termite damage so we called another pest control firm to inspect. They quoted us $1,500 to fix it with additional annual work with an annual fee. We wanted a second opinion so we reached out to Sure Thing as we've seen their trucks…
Great experiences with Sure Thing PC!
Inspection technician Ken was very thorough and made sure I understood everything that was going on with my home. He made sure to communicate and explain all treatment details and what to look for. Definitely an excellent asset to sure thing PC team.
Ken was amazing- very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, answered all of my questions including chemicals used and their safety, he even answered my kids questions and encouraged their curiosity. I received same day response and service from this company when I was concerned about possibly having a brown…
We noticed evidence of mice getting into our garage. Ken from Sure Thing Pest Control came out the next day and gave us advice on sealing where they're entering, and also did a thorough termite inspection. Since we're on a treatment plan for ants, there was no charge. Ken and Sure Thing are dependable and affordable!
Ken came out and did a termite inspection for me. He was very thorough. We have used Sure Thing before and I love them. Their prices are fair and they get the job done.
Ken is our service person. He always takes the time to explain what he’s found (or hasn’t 👍) and what can be done - and he’s very, very knowledgeable! A great company!
Ken came to the house and took the time to explain anything and everything pest related with me. What to look out for, what to be concerned with, how to spot signs of pests and techniques to reduce the likelihood of further post issues. Profesional and punctual as well.
