Jordan came to spray my house and yard. He was thorough, knowledgeable, wasn't afraid of the noisy dogs, had all the right equipment ready to go, took care of the rodent trap boxes, and was very friendly. That's good old fashioned, "Customer Service ". Thank you so much for your work.

I have used Premier Pest for decades. It has recently been bought out by Sureguard. My interactions w/ the new company is just as good as the original company. The guys have always been so professional and courteous. I like that the same gentlemen know the house and know me and I know them.
We had a communication issue about scheduling service in advance and SureGuard did an excellent job of follow up and documentation on that. (Actually was my fault). The Company is professional and communicative - and workers are courteous.
