She was easy to talk to and genuinely gave me a great first impression. My past experiences at other similiar businesses, front desk personnel can sometimes be unengaging or act unbothered. However Kai explained everything thoroughly and gave me a chance to ask questions. Overall, the facility was clean, modern, and I appreciated the Dyson hairdryers. I def will be looking them up in Houston!
