In reference to your response - the texts and voice messages seemed to be phishing attempts. I have provided the employee’s name - I will not be giving you my information. Any company that continually calls and texts like that - literally daily - without a request for information deserves a negative review. I have blocked the number. If you are saying this person has no relation to your company then I will retract my review.

Gary, this review is misleading. Sweet Group Realty is an Idaho real estate brokerage. If you don’t live in Idaho and don’t own property here, there is obviously no reason we would intentionally be contacting you about the value of your home. Your number was apparently associated with an Idaho property in the data provided to us.
A simple request to stop the communication would have resolved the issue immediately. Instead, you chose to leave a one-star review accusing our company of “harassment,” despite never having done business with us and apparently not even living in the state where we operate. We think that characterization is both unfair and unreasonable.
We take requests to stop communication seriously. If you provide the number that was contacted, we will make sure it is removed from our system.

Working with Anna was truly a fantastic experience from start to finish. She was always incredibly responsive, communicated clearly, and made herself available whenever I had questions or concerns. My schedule was very limited, but she was always accommodating and had everything ready whenever I had a small window to view homes.
If she didn't know the answer to one of my questions, she didn't guess—she tracked down the right information or connected me with the right people. Once we found the home I wanted, she guided me through every step of the process.
