I recently had some pipe replaced by Billy and his crew. Despite the 95 degree temperature they persevered and went the extra mile for me. what an outstanding crew.
My second time using Sweetwater was just as good as the first. The work of this company (particularly Joseph Ragland) is unparalleled! My kitchen’s pressurized cold water line burst early Sunday morning, creating an emergency. Sweetwater Plumbing responded within an hour, quickly diagnosed the issue, and replaced the damaged pipe the same day. Place is a joke. I do not recommend going with them. Owner is clueless. Plumbers are clueless. They don’t pull permits. Just an absolute joke of a plumbing company.
I called Sweetwater Plumbing for an emergency pipe leak service and got the needed help promptly. The technician is skilled and fixed the problem. Highly recommended!
Chri s arrived on time and made an assessment of the work to be done which included reattachment of a sewer drain line and inspection of that drain pipe and correctly leveling and positioning of the pipe and thoroughly testing to ensure proper flow with no clogs. When my house was built in 1990, polybutylene pipe was put in. About 16 years ago, I had the whole house re-piped and CPVC was put in. I subsequently learned that the CPVC piping had become brittle with age and was prone to leak at any time. My house needed to be re-piped again! I got estimates from 4…
Timely, professional, and effective explanation of issue and needed resolution

Prompt, professional, and thorough! Solved our water heater gas leak problem and "tuned up" some other items while he was at it. Enjoyed meeting Brandon C. and watching a pro work! Recommend this company without reservation of any sort.
Easy and convenient experience from scheduling to having the problem fixed. Corey was so helpful and knowledgeable. Our first experience with Sweetwater (went off a Google search for plumbers in Apex) and couldn’t be more pleased.

Matt Morrison did an outstanding job. He was calm, knowledgeable, and very caring about the project. I’ve had many plumbers from Sweetwater (it’s a long story) but Matt was clearly the best. If you need knowledgeable work I would specifically ask for him to Norman the dispatcher.
Great service but super expensive. Took the tech only a few minutes to find and fix the issue. Charged me $600.

Joseph Ragland was professional, clean, and quick. And thankfully, no plumber’s crack was sighted. Joking aside, nobody wants service work done and nobody wants to pay for it, but Joseph made the experience easy. He showed up on time, explained the repairs clearly, kept the work area clean, and wrapped things up…

He even took the time to discuss future projects I have in the pipeline and provide me with some simple solutions as well as professional recommendations. Eric did a great job. He was on time and thorough.
It's stressful discovering a leak at any time of the year, but particularly so during the holiday season. My house was built in the 80's and I've been dreading the eventual need to replace my CPVC fittings. After hearing a noise below my kitchen sink and shutting my water off/on to confirm my suspicions, I called a…
Professional service from first contact. I had emergency service on a Saturday. Price was fair, unlike others quoting 3x the price. Very satisfied with service and tech.
Very professional and knowledgeable
Great experience. Could not have been better.Joseph and Josh were courteous, efficient , explained what the problem was , and did the repair in a timely fashion 😁. Will not use any other plumbing business. Nothing better than finding a business that is very fair in their prices and does a good job repairing the problem 😁.

Scott and Terrence did a great job navigating my home's arcane plumbing and getting things working even when it turned out to be a bigger fix than we initially thought.
Always polite and on time. Our builder used Sweetwater for the entire house plumbing. Update: April 2025: needed a little work done and Scott came to help out. Super friendly, on time, discussed my options and had all the parts to do the job quickly. The best! Update: Aug 2024 had awesome service as always from…
I noticed a leak on my water intake pipe to my home and called Sweetwater. They came out a couple of hours later and quickly fixed the issue. They gave me a fair quote before working on the leak, and the crew was in and out within half an hour. They resolved the leak and ensured I had good water pressure across the house before leaving.

We had a great experience with Sweetwater Plumbing. Mario diagnosed the problem and replaced our main gate valve, pressure reducer valve and fixed a leaking tub faucet. I will not hesitate to call Sweetwater Plumbing again in the future or recommend them to friends.
