Place is a joke. I do not recommend going with them. Owner is clueless. Plumbers are clueless. They don’t pull permits. Just an absolute joke of a plumbing company.
Matt and apprentice were knowledgeable and very professional, they resolved the plumbing problem in a timely manner.
I have been working with sweetwater for sometime now and have always had a wonderful experience. And a very special thanks to Danielle in the office. She has been awesome to work with and very easy to communicate with. They will always be my go to for any plumbing work.

Brandon performed a very thorough inspection and estimate and gave clear explanations for the work that needs to be done.
Had an issue with the pressure sensor on my Navien water heater. Sweetwater sent Brandon and Elijah the next day. Diagnosed the issue immediately and were able to fix it. Super knowledgeable. Then asked them to look at a slow draining kitchen sink. And it turned into a much more complex problem but the tackled…
So far. Pretty intense job.He ran out of time before the end of the business day. Coming back Monday 10/27/25
Joe & Josh were fantastic! They were able to help me the same day I called, go to the store for a part, and return quickly to get my issue resolved! They even went above and beyond and cleaned up the um, "mess" we will say, when they by no means had to do so. Thank you both! You guys ROCK!!
