Efficient and helpful trouble shooting the problem with low pressure with a faucet. Change the valve and replaced aerators and all is working great now. Also replaced interior parts in my toilets and all are working well now with no running or lack of filling. Will definitely use them again.
We had a wobbly toilet and Chris assessed the issue quickly. He walked me through the process and the worse case scenario. Thankfully, my issue was an issue resolve but I appreciated the transparency and quick fix. I would definitely use this company again for any plumbing concerns.
Place is a joke. I do not recommend going with them. Owner is clueless. Plumbers are clueless. They don’t pull permits. Just an absolute joke of a plumbing company.

We had a small plumbing issue, gave Sweetwater a call, and they had a technician sent over within a day. The technician, Sammy, was very nice and helpful and fixed the issue within 30 minutes, and it ended up being reasonably priced as well!
As usual, Sweetwater to the rescue! Willie is a great tech and he had us up and running quickly. Can’t recommend you guys enough!
Matt is a well experienced professional, very easy to work with and a good listener. He was quickly able to asses the real issue, saved me from undertaking unnecessary repair work, and gave me a very reasonable estimate for work that actually needed to be done.
Could not determine the cause of abnormal temperature drop while taking showers. Discussed cartridge replacement, but it was decided that replacing the cartridge might not eliminate the problem.
