Place is a joke. I do not recommend going with them. Owner is clueless. Plumbers are clueless. They don’t pull permits. Just an absolute joke of a plumbing company.
Thank you, Sweetwater Plumbing, for your prompt resolution of the reason my two upstairs toilets decided to stop draining water and started doing the reverse in unison without any warning that I had a big issue brewing! Terrance, and crew partner Rob, took the time to methodically go through problem determination…

I have been working with sweetwater for sometime now and have always had a wonderful experience. And a very special thanks to Danielle in the office. She has been awesome to work with and very easy to communicate with. They will always be my go to for any plumbing work.
Prompt, professional, and thorough! Solved our water heater gas leak problem and "tuned up" some other items while he was at it. Enjoyed meeting Brandon C. and watching a pro work! Recommend this company without reservation of any sort.
Started when my Water heater finally met its maker and was leaking water everywhere. Reached out to Sweetwater and they were able to fit us in first thing the next morning. Requested a service visit for a tankless heater and they had an opening the next day. They sent a tracker to let me know when Corey would arrive (which was on time). He went through the troubleshooting process with the manufacturer and found the issue. He ordered the part and walked me through how to replace it (if…

Very professional. Brandon went above and beyond the service call.
Brandon was great! He is very thorough: he explains everything well and thought to identify and resolve other concerns before we had more problems. I highly recommend this firm and this professional!
Brandon was excellent. Quickly identified the issues and resolved them efficiently. Great service and highly recommended.
Had an issue with the pressure sensor on my Navien water heater. Sweetwater sent Brandon and Elijah the next day. Diagnosed the issue immediately and were able to fix it. Super knowledgeable. Then asked them to look at a slow draining kitchen sink. And it turned into a much more complex problem but the tackled…

Joseph Ragland and Josh from Sweetwater came to the house on very short notice. Did an outstanding job fixing my external tankless hot water heater. Joe & Josh were great to deal with and the cost for the visit was very reasonable. Strong recommendation.
Had a great experience with Brandon, he came same day and got everything working again.
