Highly recommend! I greatly appreciate Yevgen’s thorough analysis and explanation of the issues with my LG washer. And I felt no pressure to make an immediate decision.
Good communication. Yevgen replaced the door gasket in the washer and performed much needed maintenance on the dryer. He acquired the part for the washer before arriving, so there was no wait for ordering the part or need to schedule a second visit. Very happy with the work done.

The repairman arrived with the window of time I signed up for and was very polite. He diagnosed the problem, provided the repair cost and got to work. Everything went great and he provided a short warranty on the work done. I will definitely use this company again if anything else goes wrong (crossing my fingers that it won’t, haha)
Vladimir texted to give a heads up for his arrival and came on time. He listened to my issues and then got to work. He ran multiple diagnostic cycles and could not see a problem with the washer. The service call was very reasonable. He offered to come back if the issues reoccurred.
This is the second time I have used Swift Appliance Repair!! Vladimir is friendly and explains what he finds and how he can fix the problem.
