Good communication. Yevgen replaced the door gasket in the washer and performed much needed maintenance on the dryer. He acquired the part for the washer before arriving, so there was no wait for ordering the part or need to schedule a second visit. Very happy with the work done.

Max was very professional and showed a high degree of understanding what he had to do to fix my broken drawer
Yevgen was a consummate professional: prompt, knowledgeable, and communicative. I’m not thrilled that our high-end GE range failed just days after the warranty expired, but that’s no reflection on Yevgen. Having worked in the electronics industry for over 40 years, I can vouch for his knowledge and skill. He responded immediately and got us up and running as quickly as possible. The pricing was fair and transparent, with no gouging, no junk fees, and no phantom charges. Highly recommended.

Vladimir, the owner came to our home to repair our Whirlpool dryer when he got inside the dryer he realized that there was a lot of lint and hair that had built up in it. He cleaned all of that out. Got the kinks out of the hose and replaced the heating element. He was very quick and very thorough and we felt like it was a fair price for his labor and the part. We would call him again, he came the same day we called.

I want to personally thank Vladimir for addressing an issue that could have been potential problematic. There was some level of consternation over how a product was installed, and it was to my displeasure. So instead of giving the company a bad review, Vladimir not on fixed the issue correctly, but came out to install a part on my 22 y/o refrigerator that many people stopped making. And to make matter better, I bought another part for the control panel, and he did it free of charge. Other companies that I spoke with either never followed up, or provided the level of service from SWIFT. You can't go wrong with this company, in a time where customer service is TRASH. Thanks SWIFT....Mr. Smalls
