Ask lots of questions. The team is slow to respond to inquiries or service. Their installation team punctured my irrigation system and they won’t acknowledge or call me back. This was my last resort to post a negative review! Buyer be aware!!!!

Review from Google · view on GoogleUpdate: This company does a poor job with communication. I’ve had my turf for 3 years now and I called to get some maintenance done on it (for the first time). I called in march and they told me they begin doing it in early April and I’d be on a list. I waited a couple weeks into April and hadn’t heard from them. I called and was told they hadn’t started yet and that I was on a list. Called again after not hearing from them and they told me they don’t schedule it- they’ll just call me when they can come the day of and asked me if that was cool. It was not. Said they’d call when they had an idea. Waited another week. Called again and was told they’re focusing on installing right now. Why has the story changed? I was told multiple times that it would be soon. Now I’m being told they’re focusing on installs right now and not maintenance. Why is it so hard to schedule maintenance on my turf? I told them I shouldn’t be having to call nonstop about this and I was informed that I’m the only one who does this because everyone else is patient. If you care about good communication, you have been warned that is not happening with this company. After all was said and done I finally got my maintenance done, the owner called me to tell me maintenance is relatively new to them because people don’t usually get it done (which the salesman told me in 2022 that they do maintenance). There were a lot of excuses given to me that really don’t matter because none of this was communicated to me all of the times I called. I’ve had my turf for 2 years now. I’m happy with the quality of the product and how it’s holding up. It looks beautiful. I did knock a star off because I did have some communication issues with the salesman in the beginning, and I feel that they were not openly honesty about a few things regarding the turf. For reference, they were aware I was getting it because I have large dogs. I would have appreciated if they had been honest with me about how quickly and strong the urine smell gets in the summer and that the products you have to buy to keep the smell down are pricey. They also weren’t open about how hot the turf gets in summer- you (or your dogs) literally won’t be able to walk on it in summer without running a sprinkler on it in the morning to keep it cool for the day. (I have no shade in my yard). I would recommend to others that have multiple dogs to maybe keeping a section of your yard non turf that you train your dogs to go to the bathroom at. Other than that I’m happy with the product and it’s super great to have all months except summer.
