This was the best mechanic experience. I explained my situation, we made an appointment. T&N kept the appointment and fixed my car in a very timely and efficient manner. So courteous and to the point. Very refreshing. They will be my “Go To” mechanic from here on out and I hope they’ll be yours.

These mechanics are by far superior to the rest of any you want find in the San Jose area. They dropped all the expensive BMW and Mercedes projects to accommodate my 2011 Nissan Sentra. My car had been stolen the week before and Nahn was able to diagnose the damages these amateur criminals caused to my automobile. The wannabe car thieves tried to remove one of my wheels and left two lug nuts missing and they also damaged the CV boot or U joints and within a few hours my car is running like new. Thanks a million to these professionals and their stellar team of mechanics. Those around this business should take notes because only greatness shines bright at T&N Auto Services.
Wow, I'm happy to have found an honest mechanic who's not just trying to make a buck. I went to T&N recently with some problems with my 2009 Hyundai Sonata. It turned out I had some significant suspension and other maintenance problems that required some major work. Tran told me the total bill was around $2800 and sent me the estimate. I was about to OK some of the work, but then he said, "I need to tell you, this is an older car with over 150K miles on it. It really doesn't make sense to invest money in it. You're better off putting that money toward a newer car." I was a little bit shocked, because he could have easily made over $1K that afternoon. It was clear to me that he values serving his customers' needs over making a quick buck. He's definitely top of the list next time I need some car work done.

Thank you so much to the friends from T&N! Always helping me whenever my cars need work. From last minute alternator replacement to catalytic converter replacement, they are awesome! Amazing customer service and hospitality, thank to the owner and to Chinh for always taking care of my cars. I recommended them to family and friends as well. They always go above and beyond with the service like even helping me smog my car so I’ll be able to register under my name, thank you!

Great service. Very fast service and reasonable price. Would recommend texting Nhan first to schedule an appointment. You'll be in and out in no time. Would definitely go here again for other services.
