Nhan and his team are truly the best. Speedy, lowest price, excellent work. Eye for detail and communicative. Has fixed our cars for years!
I have been bringing my car here for 7 years for all my maintenance, including oil changes, brake services, and routine tune-ups. They are incredibly honest and never overcharge or recommend unnecessary repairs. It is hard to find a mechanic you can truly trust, but this place always delivers professional, reliable…
Excellent all around experience and a trustworthy owner who really cares and goes the extra mile every time. I was referred by our good friend and she trusted in them for decades and I am very grateful she shared this resource with us. Five Stars!
These mechanics are by far superior to the rest of any you want find in the San Jose area. They dropped all the expensive BMW and Mercedes projects to accommodate my 2011 Nissan Sentra. My car had been stolen the week before and Nahn was able to diagnose the damages these amateur criminals caused to my automobile.…
Tran Nhan is very skilled, precise in providing feedback and most of all, very trustworthy in every respect. I have never come across such a combination of attributes for car service & repair to date and feel blessed. Car repair & service is expensive now, esp for a Merc E350, but here you always get the feeling you…
This Mechanic is awesome ! So nice and kind and polite. And the work is done to the perfection, adding extra details here and there just because Nhan cares so much about cars and customers. The service was extremely rapid and the pricing was something I had never seen before in the Bay !!! I am recommending him to…
Nhan was great! I was overdue for an oil change and needed a refill of coolant for my car's AC. I sent a text over asking if it would be possible to come in the same day, and luckily they texted back very quickly saying they would be available in about two hours. The whole service only took about 30minutes,…
It's been almost 5 years and I'm still coming back!! This is my #1 auto shop though I live quite far away. I've been bringing all of my cars here. The service is very quick, professional, and direct to the point! Oil change was super quick (for me, it's less than 20 mins most of the time). Nhan also did free…
This is my usual spot for an oil change. One of the things I appreciated most was that Nhan was not pushy or aggressive when it came to recommending repairs. He took the time to listen to my concerns and thoroughly assess my car's needs before suggesting any solutions. he was able to diagnose and fix my car's…
Professional, transparent, fast, and at a reasonable price. Really appreciated text updates with videos of the problem and follow up discussion with photos detailing the repairs, thoroughness of cleaning the engine compartment and undercarriage where fluid leaked.
I rarely write reviews but I feel the need to share mine about this amazing Auto Service garage and to help car owners who are still looking for a reliable, honest, and friendly small business. T&N Auto Services is owned by Nhan Tran, very friendly, punctual, professional, and truthful; he will treat you like…
Really fast Yelp response! Very friendly! And an absolute difference from skips auto where my family was getting ripped off for years! I never realized the difference until I started telling people how much I payed at skips! I went on Yelp found T&N and gave it a go! Thoroughly satisfied!! Very friendly and amazing price!!
Everyone wants to find an honest and reliable car mechanic. We'll, I found mine at T&N Auto Services. Nhan is hands down the best - he's the very knowledgeable, friendly and informative. He took pics of what he did and all the parts he changed. He even blowed off the dirt and dust from my car engine and engine…
Wow: What an amazing service experience at T&N today. We suddenly discovered, on busy Monday, that our car was just about all out of engine oil. Nhan graciously accommodated us with a same-day appointment. When we arrived, we were pleasantly surprised to hear that we could return in an hour: for the oil/filter…
