Overall experience with TE Spall was great. Super transparent and arrived on time. Dan McDonnell was on time, wore the bottle things to not track mud in the house, and took his time to service our boiler and AC unit.

Didn't disclose at scheduling there'd be a call out fee. Several emails and texts were sent, none included that. Scheduled for 12-2, didn't show until 6. Ran a test said it was a blower fan, except it wasn't dead, maybe a little over. But that's not why the system isn't working. Offered to wave the "diagnostic fee"…

The work that was done was unnecessary. I was charged for something that didn’t even need to be done. Then I was told I would have to pay more money to complete the unnecessary work. I contacted the original contractor that installed the system and was told that it is under warranty.
Dave was great in explaining his strategy to help solve our non-working minisplits problem and we plan to use him on future maintained visits hopefully.

Excellent service as always. We were kept informed as to arrival time. Stephen was very friendly and professional.
The service and price were first-rate. A fan part was needed for my furnace, and that took 5 days to arrive—that was not positive. I don’t understand why the part could not have been shipped overnight. Most customers would gladly eat that cost, especially if it’s a matter of heat or no heat.
Dustin was on prompt, neat, thorough, knowledgeable and a very nice young man, we highly recommend him.
Dustin was courteous and well knowledgeable. He got my ac unit working. We did have to reschedule the ac checkup because it close to his end of shift. Thank you for your help getting me back up and running and cool.
