Aaron was great. Personable and very professional. He described in detail what the issue was, how to fix it and ensured it worked. The part was inexpensive. Labor expensive (Could have been cheaper but was glad they showed up) Called them and they came the same day which was fantastic. Phones were answered and they came!

The work that was done was unnecessary. I was charged for something that didn’t even need to be done. Then I was told I would have to pay more money to complete the unnecessary work. I contacted the original contractor that installed the system and was told that it is under warranty.

The service and price were first-rate. A fan part was needed for my furnace, and that took 5 days to arrive—that was not positive. I don’t understand why the part could not have been shipped overnight. Most customers would gladly eat that cost, especially if it’s a matter of heat or no heat.

I have used SPALL for over 10 years in two different locations, they have maintained a geothermal system for me, 2 different types of water heaters (one was tankless) mini splits and an ERV, these guys are good honest, on time and professional.
