From the first moment I called, this company was great! They sent a technician to check out our floor furnace the same day and he (Mason) knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it! What a relief! Needless to say, we will not hesitate to call T.E. Spall in the future.

Mentioned thermos stat isn’t hooked up to the heating unit itself and technician decided that meant we don’t know how a thermostat works and then explained how a thermostat works. He then left every door open which lead to our cat escaping, and the thermostat still does not control the heater.

I really appreciated the work done. My oil furnace was in desperate need of cleaning and repair and the tech quickly figured out the best and fastest way to get it running safe and efficient. He even saved me a bit over the initial estimate. I will be replacing my oil furnace later this year and I plan on calling these guys for my upgrade.
