From the first moment I called, this company was great! They sent a technician to check out our floor furnace the same day and he (Mason) knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it! What a relief! Needless to say, we will not hesitate to call T.E. Spall in the future.
Came and looked at our unit, got a plan and the ball rolling... The real test will be getting us back up and running... Thx! 11/4, have been trying to reach my initial contact for a week with no response, got thru the AI system to a live person who promised a call back but that did not happen, so now I am starting…
Mentioned thermos stat isn’t hooked up to the heating unit itself and technician decided that meant we don’t know how a thermostat works and then explained how a thermostat works. He then left every door open which lead to our cat escaping, and the thermostat still does not control the heater.
Exactly work awesome job 👍
Thx Tony ! Really appreciate your services today & the estimates to repair long standing issues & Lack of rigorous maintenance & repair reviews by spall. . I have signed up for all maintenence clubs. The one star reflects overall spall services, not your skills & service. I will certainly update this survey after…

Had a thermal coupler replaced and cleaning of my natural gas furnace. Technician was polite and did a great job. I just thought the price was too much. But I’m happy that I should be set for the winter. Definitely will NOT be calling them back.
Another potential disaster avoided... Thank you Frank Porreca & TE Spall & Son... So, I did what I have…

That is a little bit less than half of what I paid for the furnace. Totally unbelievable. Never again!!!!
