Mentioned thermos stat isn’t hooked up to the heating unit itself and technician decided that meant we don’t know how a thermostat works and then explained how a thermostat works. He then left every door open which lead to our cat escaping, and the thermostat still does not control the heater.

I really appreciated the work done. My oil furnace was in desperate need of cleaning and repair and the tech quickly figured out the best and fastest way to get it running safe and efficient.
