Their Specialist Gordon McAdams was amazing. He went thru with me in details regarding what was appropriate HVAC set up for my home and showed me in numbers. After the installation and considering my one-month bill, he was right! Inside my home was comfortable during this hot season and my bill wasn't outrageous as…
I had new water filter system installed. TE Spall installed within a week. I was getting rusty water bleeding through old Culligan filter. My wife and I had a ductless system installed 3 weeks ago and it’s still not working properly. We’ve also both called multiple times. With no real response. Spending that type of money and being treated like this customer service wise is wild. I will say the guys at our house during install were great. But it was…
Both the tech and CA were great.
We had Rob, an HVAC representative visit our home, and deliver one of the most thorough and professional consultations we’ve ever experienced. He inspected the outside of the house for proper drainage, checked the basement for the required 220 line, and walked us through every part of the air‑conditioning and…

Trai and his crew replaced our old HVAC system with a dual fuel system, heat pump and gas furnace in April. Very pleased with the work of this crew on the removal of the old system and installation of the new. The work was very neat and well done. They updated the condensate drainage to be routed better and improved…
Marcin came to my house to install a new toilet and shower valves. Did a great job and took his time to make sure the job was done right! He made sure he didn’t get any dirt on the floor, took the old toilet, and even tighten my loose door handle on the way out!
Great service from Michael and the team that installed my replacement hvac system. The install went smooth and everything is running as expected so far. The team was very knowledgeable and professional. I would give them all 6-stars if possible! Will recommend to others in the future.
Very impressive knowledge and up front cost .
The guys were great! Everything was explained to me, including one minor hiccup. When they finished, they showed me everything I needed to know. Highly recommend!
After living with our new HVAC system designed and installed by T.E. Spall now that it's Winter, we needed a visit. The purpose was to explain finer points to optimize performance. Ed, the technician was great --- patient and knowledgeable. He identified the need to do some air flow balancing which will be performed at a later date.
Company came shortly after being called and worked arduously to provide new furnace

We just had Spall come and replace our 21-year-old AC system. Andy did a phenomenal job. All communication was very timely. They were able to drop a new conduit with Romex to our box for powering the condenser separately from the AHU, and piggy-backed two other breakers to do it. They cleaned all of the diffusers…
Been using your company for a few years and they are consistently sending out qualified and knowledgeable techs. They did the original install and now maintain it yearly.
Very professional.
VERY THOROUGH, ORGANIZED, KIND, CLEAN
This is an excellent company. When it comes to tech, I am totally clueless, so one of these nice folks took the time to slowly and carefully explain how to work my new heating system. I waited a while and evaluated the system...now I can say that it is so efficient, quiet and unobtrusive...thank you so much!! Blessings to Nick N., Ken F., and Jordan D.

T.E. Spall & Son did two jobs for us this winter - the addition of a fourth zone to our home's existing heating system (the heat in our finished basement room can finally be controlled independently), and the replacement of our aged boiler.
