Water heater service was free since I bought heater from them a year ago. Also fixed a shut off valve, this was a bit pricey but not my tech that gave the price. The tech did all the work and was pleasant and worked quickly.
Frank is great. He did a great job at installing hot water heater and explaining how it works.
