T M's Collision Repair

This was my 2nd time using TM’s. Both times they were courteous, professional, fast, and do superior work. Car has been returned to me earlier than expected, looking brand new.

Top-notch work and service! Absolutely excellent.

Absolutely love this place! Very friendly & respectful people & did an excellent job on my truck! ❤️

Repaired driver side door. Excellent work and experience start to finish, thank you Bo

They did a fantastic job repairing our vehicle. One of the cleanest shops we’ve ever seen. Excellent staff and customer service.

Great service and the repair and paint came out perfect! Bonus was that they detailed my car!

100% recommend. They do A class work and are extremely nice, and helpful. my car feels brand new.

They do amazing work, they’re honest and they don’t try to rip you off . Great Customer Service and this is the only place that I will take my vehicles

Good communication. Professional and friendly staff. Car finished per original timeline. Worked directly with my insueance company, so no extra work for me. Car looks great. Cleaned car, even inside.

Great job matching the original look of the repaired components and paint. The customer service was just as excellent, and helped the terrible crash aftermath restore to a satisfying culmination.

This shop is where you want to take your car for body work. Fast, communicative, professional, and very clean. The repairs are superb and I cannot tell that there was ever any damage. I don’t trust my car with many shops but this is one I will be returning to for any body work.

After a bad experience at another shop where they left the doors of my vehicle misaligned, I brought my truck here to get it checked. They did an excellent job fixing the alignment and making everything look right again. The team was professional, honest, and paid attention to the details. I’m very happy with the… Read full review

Dropped my car off for front end repairs on Tuesday and got it back Friday. These guys were a 10/10 not to mention the car was spotless and detailed to look brand new upon pick up!

Excellent service and workmanship. This was our 3rd body repair at TM's. We wouldn't consider any other shop after the great results we've had with TM's.

I chose TM's because of the majority of good reviews, now I see why the have such a good reputation. From the first meeting for the estimate to picking up my car, everyone I interacted with was helpful and professional, answering all my questions. The work was beautiful, my car is back to "normal" and they even… Read full review

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Appraiser/receptionist was always professional and courteous. Matched the color on the car perfectly. Unable to tell where repair was made. Was kept informed of work through text message. Vehicle was repaired on time as forecasted. Will definitely use again and… Read full review

Great customer service! TM's did a beautiful job on my vehicle and finished on time and on budget. Kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommend.

TMs did a great job! Work done quicker than they projected and the price was very fair.

My fiancé got his car fixed here and I couldn’t recommend them more. They were very kind, kept us informed every step of the way, and were done in 1/4 of the time Car Crafters took for the same thing on another one of our vehicles. They even cleaned the inside of the car when it was all outside body work needed. 10/10 would recommend

Good service and work. Satisfied will use again.

This is not your typical auto body repair shop. The front office was so clean. I never saw or heard garage work that you expect at a garage. The staff were friendly and professional. My vehicle was ready a day early and was washed and the interior was cleaner than a car wash. I highly recommend them for any auto body needs! 5 stars ⭐️!

Very happy with the overall service provided. They communicated all delays, and I appreciated their transparency. My vehicle looks brand new and I am extremely thankful for their services.

Went in to simply replace the bumper on my old truck. Quick, friendly, efficient service. What did it for me is they washed the truck and cleaned some of the interior. Great work! I’d recommend this place.

They fixed my truck when I wad rear-ended and my car when i was rear-ended. My vehicles were cleaner when I picked them up then when I dropped them off and the body work was very high quality.

TM's has repaired two cars for me now (thanks to teenage drivers). They have replaced a front and rear bumper, along with a full taillight kit and parking sensor. The estimate was fair. The work was excellent. They kept me informed of the status of my vehicle throughout the process and even saved me a few… Read full review

This place does quality work and has amazing customer service. I highly recommend

My Mazda was ready in 4 days after repairs! I was very pleased with how fast and how great of a job they did! They thoroughly cleaned my car and the front desk lady was very nice and helpful. I will be back for any future repairs and will recommend to others!

Awesome work, professional, great looking shop. Got my 2010 STI looking like it had never been rear ended in traffic. Paint match was perfect, and the car is back to looking great!

Good and clear customer service, made process easy and repair was excellent.

Excellent, timely service. My car looks amazing.. Thank you!

Amazing service - you feel confident you are in good hands!

My car was done in a timely manner and was soooo clean and even vacuumed!! Hannah was very friendly, explained procedures and costs and I knew what to expect.

My vehicle turned out great, was a great experience overall & I would use them again!

TM’s Collision Repair is the only shop I will use. Family run business, honest and competitive pricing. Centrally located and the repairs on my vehicles are excellent.

Everything was very efficient. They kept in touch with me every step of the process. My car looks beautiful!

The best repair shop I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. My jeep was completely messed up and they took it in and it run and looks brand new again. I nearly started crying seeing it back in its best condition. So once again thank you best team of people I’ve talked too and met for car collision repair.

They promised to complete a month sooner than other shops, but they "had to wait for a part". I felt they promised a time to get the contract. But the truck was really clean after.

Honestly, we would not take our vehicles anywhere else. Bo, his dad Tony, and the entire staff are amazing. They will make your car look better than new and for extremely fair price for the product they put out. My 15 year old truck looks amazing, inside and out. Can't thank you all enough for making my truck… Read full review

Took my 2008 Bullitt mustang after I was backed into! The quality of work was outstanding and much better than even I expected as an ASE certified mechanic! Only thing was it was popping out a bit on one side but is to be expected, so I honestly couldn’t be happier! If you have any kind of bodywork needed in a… Read full review

I got a deer and my insurance company sent me here. Though it took 2 months to get my car in, they did an excellent job once they did the work, about $5K worth! The vehicle wasn't ready exactly as expected, but was only a few days late. However, the staff's communication about it was friendly and timely. They also clean the car up nicely for your pickup.

Long story short, damage to my vehicle was more of an emotional issue than worrying about the cosmetic repair with TMs. From the moment I called to schedule I had amazing service. They worked quickly to get my vehicle in and even let me email photos and the quote from insurance to them so I could just do a drop off… Read full review

Excellent service. Customer service was excellent and repair job looks great. I totally recommend this shop.

They did a great job on my van. It was strange having to wait 6 weeks just to get an appointment for an estimate and another 5 weeks to get the work done. I wouldn't use them if I was in a hurry but for my RV in the winter when it's just sitting anyway they were perfect.

I'm so glad I chose TMs for the repairs on my 2009 Prius (an accident so body work and other repairs). They were professional and honest about estimated time to repair, and they kept me posted on how work was going via texts. They worked easily with my insurance company, and the entire process was easy. The… Read full review

Excellent customer service and flawless repair work! Well worth the money spent.

Everyone was incredibly professional. Quote was accurate and additional parts that needed to be ordered we well explained both in why they were needed and why they were not seen during initial quote. Would highly recommend to anyone needing body work done on their vehicle

Excellent experience with them all around

Brought my 2020 Camaro in for repair..TM's staff was friendly and very professional. My vehicle was repaired within the time frame promised. Quality work! I would definitely recommend TM's for any body repair work!

Wrecked my car and they did a wonderful job repairing it, can't even tell it was damaged! The work was done quickly and the staff is great! I would highly recommend TM's Collision Repair to family & friends!

They were very professional, timely, and did an outstanding job on my car! Highly recommend!

T.M.'s has been our go-to body shop in Albuquerque for years. They do excellent work and are locally owned and operated. Our son got into a fender-bender and they helped me with the insurance claim and got him taken care of timely so that it was complete before e left for college. Thanks Bo and all of the staff at T.M.'s!!

I was very impressed by the quality of work performed on my vehicle. Adele was great about keeping me posted on the progress. I couldn't of believe how great my car looks, better than new. I am very pleased. I appreciated Bo staying late so I could pick up my vehicle . Thank you to Bo , Adele and the TM's team.

Being involved in a car accident is never a good experience. But the professional and friendly staff at TM's Collision made it much easier to deal with. They not only gave me a ride to get my rental car but had my vehicle repaired, painted and cleaned two days ahead of schedule. Plus their rates were very reasonable. I recommend thier services to anyone.

Fantastic Job!! My door had to be replaced and the side of the car repainted due to an accident. It looks great, can't even tell there was an accident! They were very friendly and got the job done fast!! I'm impressed.... Thank you

The only body shop I have used for the last 25 years. Excellent quality of work and very friendly people. This is locally owned family run business. I would not hesitate to have them perform any work. They used to do all my fleet trucks as well. I will recommend TMs to anyone looking for a body shop in Albuquerque.… Read full review
