Superior customer service

I was able to schedule a same-day appointment. Within an hour, the technician called and said he was 20 minutes away. Mark was professional, answered my questions, was quick, and gave me a deal. Will definitely be using T-Mark for all of my plumbing needs moving forward. Highly recommend!

Mark came on time and immediately knew what the problem was. He fixed AC and put in a new thermostat in less than an hour. Extremely pleased.

Technician was prompt and knowledgeable. The only comment I have is when I presented a $75 coupon for installation of a plumbing fixture, I was told that the sump pump did not qualify even though google recognizes it as such. That may be a company policy and in no way a negative against the technician. Great job.

Riasad shared his knowledge of my AC system. Provided a fair assessment and did outstanding work.

I have TMark for my furnace, a/c, generator and tankless water heater. They installed them all and do all the maintenance. Over my 4 years with them, everything has been outstanding in every way. Today Brian did an outstanding job.

We scheduled an AC tune-up, but when the technician arrived, he informed us that he couldn’t perform any work because the temperature was 38°F, below the 50° minimum required for the service. I’m not sure how I came across them but they have been very good about furnace and AC checkups. Everyone that has come has been a gem. I like the info the T-Mark gives about the technicians that come to your home. Plus you get a photo.
