Mike at T-Mark was very courteous and quick. I was able to get an appointment within the hour. The servicing of our air conditioner only took 5 minutes and we were up and running. I would recommend them anytime!

Mark was very nice and very thorough. I’m just disappointed that this keeps happening and when weather is cold I have to wait to get heat. I went with T-Mark because I wanted peace of mind, but this has happened 3 times now.
The service guy came. Looked at our heater/cooler, said he didn’t know what to do and sent another guy over. The other guy said he didn’t know what to do and would send us a contact on who to follow up with but they never sent the contact, so now we are back at square one, just looking for someone to give our money…
Not happy at all came here spun the fan with a screwdriver and charged me 97.00 talk about fleecing customers there it is will not be using t mark again for any reason

Scott showed up on time and diagnosed and fixed the problem with the AC quickly. He was professional and knowledgeable. Took the time to explain the maintenance program which we will be signing up for in the Fall. I would definitely recommend T-Mark.

Matt and the T-Mark crew installed a new high efficiency furnace, tankless water system and AC at my home in June 2022. Not only was the price unbeatable, but the attention to detail, care and explanation they provided during and after the process was exceptional. 10/10, would recommend to anyone looking for new equipment or an upgrade!
Our technician was Alex. He was friendly, polite and professional. Within a minute he diagnosed the issue and the whole appointment lasted about 30 mins. He also gave my husband some tips and tricks. We are so happy to have our A/C back up and running going into the summer season. Thanks a lot Alex! 👍
Tech was so nice and fast and great worker.
I had a long night at and I missed Alex's 6 calls. I felt so bad and called back right away. He arrived at 1130 and was able to figure out the problem quickly and leave at 1145. I really appreciate the service of everyone involved, included Maire who I talked with on the phone. Thank you all so much!!!
