my appointment was scheduled for May 16 from 2 to 6 PM. I actually got a call a few minutes later that Kole was in the area and could come to my home soon. Kole explained everything he was going to do and told me the cost upfront. He did the job quickly and efficiently and was very conscientious.

Ken was fantastic. Obviously our day was not going well. No one enjoys waking up to their (partially finished) basement flooding.
